Do you require a deposit?
These services require a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your appointment.
What’s your turnaround time?
Turnaround time: 1–2 weeks (most galleries delivered within ~10 days).
I recommend booking at least two weeks in advance and keeping this timeline in mind when scheduling.
Need images sooner? An expedited delivery option is available as an add-on during booking.
Do you travel for shoots or events?
Any shoot within 30 minutes of central Phoenix is included at no additional cost. Locations outside that range will require a custom travel fee.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session will incur a $60 rescheduling fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for completed services are not offered.
For events, weddings, and brand projects, refund terms are outlined in the booking agreement due to the custom nature of these services.
